Our Promise
At Three Star Golfs, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet rigorous standards of safety and reliability—delivered on time and as expected. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note, all returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact. If an item is found to be faulty under our lifetime manufacturer warranty, you’re covered from the date of purchase.
30-Day No-Reason Returns
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns must be unused, undamaged, and include original packaging, labels, and tags.
Partial refunds may be arranged, covering the product cost minus shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@threestargolfs.com with your reason, photos or videos of the item, and your order number. Once approved, we may request return tracking details.
If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If the return is due to our error or product damage, we will cover the shipping fee.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment:
Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. Contact us at support@threestargolfs.com with your order number and recipient details. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
After Shipment:
Cancellations made after 24 hours and before delivery are eligible for a full refund minus the shipping cost. Please reject the delivery. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received.
Returned & Exchange Products
Notify us in advance if you plan to return or exchange an item. You may request a return label if needed.

Defective Items: Contact us before returning. We may replace or refund upon review.

Wrong Items: You may keep the incorrect item for a partial refund or request a replacement. A return label may be provided.

Damaged in Transit: Reject the package and contact us immediately. A refund or replacement will be arranged after claim confirmation.

Lost/Missing Items: Email us with your order and tracking number. We’ll initiate a lost package claim which may take up to 7 days.
Warranty Exemptions and Notes

Natural wear and tear or misuse is not covered.

If an item is damaged through improper use, the warranty is void.

Exchanges/refunds are available for wrongly ordered items; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
To Process a Warranty Claim:

Describe the issue clearly, including when and how it occurred.
